"I use the on line appointment tool so I don’t have to wait. I will tolerate 15 minutes after my time. Today, I waited 15 minutes after my appointment time and they came to me and said it would be another hour. They could have told me when I came in 10 early. They could have apologized. I feel bad for the hair dressers who took the brunt of customer complaints. The system is broken"

"Ever since covid it has been almost impossible for me to find a place that cuts my hair correctly. It’s a very simple cut. The past two visits there Sylenia has cut my hair and my sons once. Top notch is all I have to say. She’s very good at her trade and does it in a timely fashion. Thank you! We will definitely be back."

"This was my first visit to Supercuts in Camelot Isles. The ease of setting up the appointment through the app was a breeze. I especially liked that I could pick my preferred stylist and time slot as well. One reason I chose this salon was it's location within walking distance of my home. The other was the favorable reviews about their stylist Tina. I was able to book an appointment with Tina 2 hours in advance which was very convenient. There was a short wait after my arrival, however not long enough to be an inconveience. Tina seated me as soon as she completed her previous client and asked specific questions on how I would like my hair to be cut. She also offered very good suggestions and allowed me to respond, rather than going ahead with her scissors. She took her time and was an absolute perfectionist. Her techniques rivaled stylists in some of the high end salons that I've visited. When she was finished with my cut, I had compliments from her coworkers and another client waiting in the wings. I have definitely found "my girl" in Cape Coral. One of the best for sure!"
