"Reached out to ask about a possible outline/ fill of what my brows would look like before my face was tattooed and all she told me was she maps them out but that it’s. I again asked if she was able to pencil them in so I had an idea of the shape and size and she just decided to not even respond. Not even with a simple” I can not accommodate your request, you will just have to let me tattoo your face and you won’t have and idea of what it looks like till it’s already on your face” . Not even that. All I wanted was to approve the thickness/ shape of the brow. I mean it is my face after all , don’t I have a say if I approve what you mapped out? I guess she dident think I was worth her time. I’d rather spend my money on someone who can take 5 min of their time before micro blading to show me the shape/size with a pencil, wouldn’t have taken her much time to ease me knowing I was ok with what’s going on my face. I had 5 women in my family who were going to get their brows done by her and boy are they glad I reached out to her just to be ignored. The way you treat one person can have much more of an impact that you think. Yea you have a right to be lazy and not do that extra 5 min step for a client but that just goes to show what type of business woman you are. Not one I want to support or any other person in my family and friends group."

"Let me start off by first saying that Jennifer DOES do good work, and she knows it. BUT she is manipulative. I had my microblading done by her a while back, but I was just now stopped by my nurse who asked me where I got them done. After talking to her I realized how many people I’ve spoken to in this area that have went to her and have said the same thing to me. First off, she will be quick to get you in and see you for your initial visit and collect your money. She will tell you that your touch up that you will receive in a few months is free and included in your initial fee. You walk out of there with perfect eyebrows and are happy! Fast forward to trying to actually get your touch up. She will constantly have an excuse and repeatedly reschedule your appt. Then once you FINALLY receive your FREE touch up, you find out it wasn’t actually so free. She will wait until she is completely finished with doing your brows and then will hit you with a 50$ fee. Well that’s what she tried to get me with. Talking to the nurse, she hit her with a 100$ touch up fee that even she was even told was INCLUDED in the initial price. That’s not how customers that pay hundreds of dollars should be treated. I’ve been asked by at least 10 other ladies who did my brows, but unfortunately Jennifer does not get a recommendation from me due to the additional fees she tries to maliciously add in and the poor manner of trying to actually do the touch ups."
