She covered everything from products and ingredients to routines. She listens to you and honors your desires when it comes to what you’re looking for in a cut. She is the curl sister you’ve always needed! Jae was kind and informative, walking me through each product she used, what it does, and how I should use them when caring for my curls. Coming from someone who has been afraid to step into a salon and trust someone with their hair for 10 years…this is the place all my curly friends want to entrust with their hair!"

"I visited for the first time for my 11AM appointment; arrived 10:50 and got up from the chair for the last dry cut a little after 1PM. Brianna saved my hair. She sat and spoke with me before she even touched it to talk to me about the products I’ve been using and which I’d switch to after washing and styling. We discussed the alternative techniques to use for better shower-washing, sleeping, and so on. Her advice was insightful and helpful. I did not feel judged even for having curl memory-loss hair affected by my previous hair routine. I look forward to my next visit as everyone was super conscientious & mindful if anyone needed water or a snack or the restroom.
