"Scheduled an appointment day before and stylist called and confirmed it day of. I get there early and just let them know I'm running super early and they said they could do my appointment a half hour earlier. So I wait around for my appointment 15 min before my appointment another stylist comes up and says that the stylist that was supposed to do my hair isn't feeling well and that's why he called me. He never called to cancel just to go over what I wanted. The other stylist could not book me in and I asked if they could schedule me at a different salon. They book me on for the one on 70 and I had to wait there just to leave due to stylist telling how much work my hair needs and how " terrible the style is". I understand it I needed to get my hair done but I'm not going to sit there to have someone talk me down just to charge me for more services. Very disappointed that half my day was waisted to be talked down by everyone. I understand I was early to the appointment but they didn't tell me till 15 before my original appointment that they stylist wasn't feeling up to it."
