"Just moved here and hadn't ever really had a colorist or regular stylist so I was pretty cautious. I went for a color, which I usually did myself and a cut, which I would get at random places. I am so very pleased with the results. I was a bit worried because I read the previous review while I was in the shop but my experience was nothing like that. It's unfortunate she had such a horrible experience. Ann did take care of another client at the same time as me which caused me to wait a bit longer than I preferred but I did ask to get in as soon as possible. I love my hair cut and I love the color and manufacturer of the color which was new to me. I will go back when I need another color or cut. I truly hope my future appts are as positive an experience as my first."

"I have waited 90 days to post my review in hopes that I would cool down. No chance!! I'm still furious! I went to this Salon based on my former hair stylist & my love for the Goldwell products. When my appt was done, I looked in the mirror & could blatenly see problems with the coloring. I told myself I was just being critical. After 2 days & another stylist looking at my hair, I called back & told Ann I was not happy (1st time customer ). She was very rude, told me she could not get me in for a couple weeks...then was complete silence on the phone. No apologies, no concern in her voice at all. I would NEVER recommend her. She talked about herself & her career experience thru the whole appt. It obviously did not reflect in her work. I have photos w/time date & stamp on them taken from another stylist who said I should be refunded or corrected immediately) to back up my complaint. If this site would allow, I would attach pics.... $180 for rude stylist, color runs & highlights that looked like they were already grown out 4 weeks! Run ladies!!"
