"For my daughter’s birthday present I scheduled an appointment to have her hair highlighted. There was a miscommunication between my daughter and the stylist about how light she wanted it. My daughter was disappointed at how dark her hair turned out. So we brought her back to the stylist a few days later and discussed it. The stylist offered to redo or put lighter highlights back in her hair for free. I’m very appreciative for the time she spent to get my daughters hair how she wanted it. It’s a nice salon and they worked with us on the situation."
