"I made an appointment for a haircut with Consuelo, but after waiting for 40 minutes, nobody attended to me. It seems like they book multiple appointments at the same time without respecting their clients' time. If you look at other reviews, it's common for them to not care about making you sit and wait for hours. This practice is disrespectful and abusive. I don't recommend this place, they are disrespectful and won't care about the quality of their service."

"I was referred to them by a friend who gets their hair done by David. My friends hair looked great. David did an awesome job on her. Unfortunately he wasn't available the day of my appt and they gave me a guy who was very nice but didn't speak English. I asked for single process and full highlights plus cut. Cut was not good. Owner convinced me to do a darker single process than I wanted. Highlights were ok but not even . I paid approximately $200 plus tip and my hair looked like it needed to be touched up 2nd week. Also package as owner mentioned did not include blow out. $65 for blow out?? I even advertised for them because they were decent people during service. Usually if you're not happy with results most places will try to accommodate you. Kind of dissapointed. Not sure if I reccomend for color and definitely not for cut. All cuts look the same. I had asked for trim and left with uneven cut."
