"I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience getting a haircut than I did today. Manager lady with short white hair (I asked for a name and was refused. I see many other complaints and bad reviews about her) made everyone’s life miserable there, staff and clients included. As soon as we stepped through the door she was yelling at me. She argued with every customer and told each of them off for not understanding what she was saying (as a few of them were older and didn’t speak english well, and she yelled at a lady for trying to help translate). She acted as if everyone else was the problem and even joked about everyone “driving her crazy” and pretending to spray herself in the face with water, expecting me to laugh. She blamed us for not telling them to split the check (which we did do) and then when realizing it wasn’t our fault continued to yell at the staff member and blaming her instead of simply correcting the mistake. If I could write zero stars for her I would, but the woman who cut my hair was amazing and so nice! All the staff seemed to be afraid of the manager, and every customer was in agreement that she was mean and rude to every single person who stepped foot inside. I would NEVER trust her to cut or even touch my hair."

"I have never had a bad experience here. I came in and got a good trim, but it didn't feel like much changed, so they offered to re-do it for me on another day. Got a wonderful haircut from Ronda who was very understanding and communicative to me. They are all so incredible here!"
