"Hi, I have a friend that came to this salon to get her hair dyed. It was the worst day of her life. The stylist was super nice and well mannered, but the hair dying session just didn't go as planned. The stylist had to go back and do it multiple times and eventually it was too late. I believe there was some sort of miscommunication and maybe lack of experience with hair dying. 1/10 for hair dying, wouldn't recommend."

"I went to Icon to get my hair dyed and highlighted and one of the stylists ruined my bundles! I left with orange hair when I asked for honey blonde. I also asked for ombré towards the bottom of the hair and I received a blunt line of color at the ends. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is seeking to color their hair. I haven’t been this disappointed in a while. I will never be back."
