"Asked for 1/4 inch off my son's hair, which was down just below his eyebrows. She took off easily an inch or more and left him with the dumb and dumber look. Then denied that more than 1/4 was cut. Son cried the ride home and had family pictures the next day."

My stylist, who I think is new at this location, made it that way. Blanchee (sp?) was friendly, upbeat, caring, as well as skillful in terms of the haircut itself. "This is the third haircut in a row that I've had with the same stylist. I never make an appointment beyond online check-in, and I never ask for anyone in particular but for some reason I've managed to get her three times in a row :-) Sadly, the next time I come in I will ensure that I don't go to her. She is inconsistent at best and 0 out of 3 where would I would call a good haircut. My hair is short, military style so it isn't that hard. I always give multiple chances because we all have bad days and make mistakes but three out of three is too many for me. I'm sure, at least I hope, that she has loyal followers and that she provides a great haircut to others but it just doesn't work for me. Most other stylists have been acceptable to awesome so I'll continue to frequent the business."
