"Made an appointment for my elderly aunt. Got up early and picked her up and drove her to the salon only to be told by the stylist in a nasty tone that she didn’t know anything about my aunt coming in and acted very perturbed we were inquiring. I explained I called yesterday and was given a 9:30 am appointment. After some more huffing and puffing, she walked over to the appointment book and found the appointment. She then told us that person has covid. No phone call by anyone from the salon to notify us and tell us they had to cancel my aunt’s appointment. Total waste of our morning!"
