"I called an asked for an appointment and they told me 10:30. So I was standing in the lobby at 10:27. It was a small room. The barber shop had over flown into the lobby, and it was really dirty. Salon looked fine but at 10:38. I still hadn't been able to catch anyone. There was only one lady over there and she was just starting a client. I'm sorry but the barber shop ran me out because the staff was dressed very unprofessionally, I mean dirty tank tops, one even had the shoulder cut and was just hanging off him. It was a horrible first impression. I wish they hadn't been so over whelming because the salon side looked really clean and pretty. I don't know what was going on but it was to unorganized for me to want to put my hair in their hands."
