"We have been a customer of this place for many years with no issues. We receive waxing services and threading. Today my daughter went in for an eyebrow wax. She left with burns on the top and bottom of her eyebrows. She was so upset and in pain that she didn't initially say anything. Once she came home and calmed down she went back up there to show them the burns and to request a refund. No apology given and the first response was 'you didn't feel how hot it was'. They did refund her money but be aware that when receiving waxing services proceed with caution. They unfortunately lost a household of customers today."
