"I had the worst experience w Raphael. I am a senior citizen who has been locked in due to the pandemic. I was looking forward to getting my haircut finally but Raphael was upset with me because I would not get my hair colored, he had slotted extra time for color even though I said I only wanted a cut, so he mean spiritedly chopped my hair up. My hair is so short, and my bangs were cut to my hairline. The cut looks like he was blindfolded when he did it. Sadly he deserves a zero rating and any one who is unfortunate enough to have him as your stylist BEWARE! I will never go back there. What a nasty man."
