"This is not a positive post, you can't choose "0" - I walked in and the Vietnamese Lady started screaming at me "you have an appointment?" I said " no, I'm a walk in" and she went onto to say " if we have time then we'll take you, whenever, you have to wait!" When I looked around, there was nobody waiting, nobody sitting around. then out of nowhere she screams "we don't take any coupons here! You go somewhere else, cause this place doesn't take coupons!" She kept on screaming until I walked out. The flyer Cleary states "walk-ins always welcome" and clearly prints the address: 5373 Ehrlich Rd #201; I will never cone back and will tell everyone how horrible I was treated. I could hear her still screaming"

"Pam is absolutely amazing. I had gone in to get a blow out the other day and it was normal, nothing unexpected. I had blue and black hair and I had mentioned to her that I was thinking of dying it again. She said just to let her know when I wanted to do that and we would. So yesterday I decided I was going to dye my hair by myself again but the color remover I used did not do a good job of taking out the blue and I had work in three hours. I called Pam a little frantic and apologetic and asked her if she had time to fix it if it was even possible to fix at all. She told me to come that she was almost done with a haircut and long story short she worked miracles without bleach or any lightener. She used a Malibu color remover and was able to completely remove the blue with little to no damage. Then we did the dye I was looking for and I love it! I’ll always go back to her chair !"
