"Jen did a great job the first two times I saw her. This past time was very different. Not only did she ignore my requests to blend my bangs into the rest of my hair, but she cut the bangs much shorter on the outside versus in the middle. My hair looks ridiculous still - 8 weeks later. I had a friend call me “Dwight Schrute” because the bangs are so short and strange looking. I’m so disappointed in how bad my hair looks and disappointed at this salon’s utter lack of care."
