"Harmony Nails and Spa exceeded my expectations! Impeccable service, skilled technicians, and a tranquil ambiance made my late afternoon visit a delight. From intricate designs to classic manicures, they do it all. Tito was awesome and gave me the exact style in the photo I showed him! Awesome ombré effect nails and coffin nail shape! Highly recommend for a top-notch experience!"
"First time here and had Tracey as my nail tech. My husband had called and made an appointment for me. He said thwley were friendly and informative with the pricing. I had an amazing time- she was attentive and friendly. I was welcomed when I walked in. The design is just what I wanted! She sized my nails perfectly- exactly the length I wanted! Will definitely be back!!!"
"I’m pretty disappointed. The lady I went to started off very nice and was a great conversation starter. I had a picture of what I wanted (length, shape, and design). It was so simple and easy to replicate, but the only thing she got right was the design. At one point, I took a look after she asked me how they look, and I was honest and said I wanted them longer. She looked at me and then said that the techs ‘aim for the nails to look good after they grown out’. I don’t want them to look good grown out, I want them to look good when I walk out of the salon. So after she ignored my dislike of the length, she proceeded with shaping. The shape was off from the picture. The picture was almond and she did what looked like baby stilettos (which I did file when I got home), then proceeded to say the picture wasn’t almond when it very much so was. To top it off, she told me not to go out of the place crying on her. They could look worse, but it’s the fact the tech didn’t listen to me with what I wanted regarding length and shape. For someone who stated they had been doing nails longer than I’ve been alive, I expected better."
"My Wife had a full set nail replacement and it was fantastic! We used to go elsewhere but this place is better quality and less expensive as well. I had a Deluxe Pedicure and Katie my nail tech was Fantastic!!! I haven't had it done in 2 months due to a medical procedure so my nails were Very long and EXTREMELY THICK. She had me completely finished in half the time of our Former regular salon! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!"
"*Please for anyone getting any nail service done, trust your gut, stay educated, ask questions, and stand up for yourself. Improper nail service can be dangerous and lead to infection or worse.* I've been to this nail salon a couple times before and it was fine, this last time I just came to get my acrylic nails removed and have a regular manicure done. They drilled the shine off. I was brought a bowl of acetone to soak my fingers in. There was no cotton, no foil. After drilling a bit after soaking, they took cuticle clippers and started clipping and peeling away the acrylic still adhered to my nails. It felt uncomfortable until it hurt..because it's ripping up my nailbeds. This was done repeatedly to every nail. I should have left right away. I regret not standing up for myself and being my own advocate. This is not how you remove acrylic, but it was already started and I was frozen, I tried to hold out and at least get the acrylic off. I voiced out loud "Ow", "Ma'am this hurts", "Ma'am can you not do that?". She tried to explain that she just wanted to get the acetone under the acrylic? Still frozen I was silent. The final time she did it she ripped a hole in my nail (luckily not the nail bed). I jerked my hand back and stood up. I said I'm done. I was blinded by frustration and rage, I paid for the service and left. I regret paying for a service that only damaged my nail and dried my fingers. I regret going into this salon. *Please for anyone getting any nail service done, trust your gut, stay educated, ask questions, and stand up for yourself.
