"**update** had to wash lashes early due to crust and clumping and sticking but they do look pretty and everything came off- lashes in tact as well; hence, the increase.*** Really nice employees but lashes were glued to my eyelid this morning and clumped together after lift and a large amount of tint must have been used because I had clumps of tint stuck on my lashes, unfortunately. It took some time to remove the glue from my eyelids as my lids were also sticking together, pulling my eyes up. Place has high reviews so must be great for extensions but I would choose elsewhere for a lash lift. This was my first experience at this spot but I’m not new to lifts by any means."

"Angelica is the best! I have been getting my eyelashes done for years and I used to be a member at amazing Lash, but recently moved to Florida and looked to see what lash salons were near me, and what their ratings were- and Lash and beauty bar had wonderful reviews and staff is extremely friendly and the store is super clean, + adorably decorated and comfortable! These prices truly cannot be beat, and I love this salon and Angelica more than any other place I’ve ever been to. Not only does she always do the most fantastic job on my lashes, she is also funny and actually talks to you and she works quickly. She has done a full set on me in under an hour on more than one occasion and she always makes sure I’m comfortable. She’s fun, extremely talented and very professional! The other lash techs are also super nice, on one separate occasion I had to reschedule with a different person based on availability, and she also did a wonderful job. I highly recommend lash and beauty bar!! My pictures show me without any make up- I always do the hybrid mermaid."

"First, I’d like to start off by saying the lash tech that performed my removal did nothing wrong. My lashes were removed gently without pain and it was nice talking to her. This review is in regards to the damage my natural lashes incurred over the 4 months I’ve been a client. After the removal was completed I noticed instantly how short, stubby, and thin my lashes had become. Before becoming a patron of this establishment I never had lash extensions before. I did research and picked this location because of the positive reviews and overall experience of the staff. Since July, I’ve been getting mermaid sets and routine fills every 2 weeks only lagging over this last month because I wanted to try a new lash design and was instructed to get a lash removal before hand. I followed all given instructions and bathed my lashes accordingly making sure not to pluck them or sleep face down. I was mindful of steam, humidity, and excess heat. Needless to say, I’m disappointed. Now, it looks as if I have no lashes at all. To be sure I wasn’t exaggerating (because I realize sometimes this can just be a mind over matter thing - where one has simply become accustomed to how the extensions looked) I compared before and after photos of my natural lashes from earlier this year before ever having gotten extensions. It’s clear that now my lashes look sparse and brittle. The space is great, the staff is polite and welcoming. It is not my intention to harm the business in any way. I’m upset to be leaving this feedback and wish I didn’t have to. However, after the time and money spent, I felt it was only right to give a transparent review. I won’t be back and won’t be getting lash extensions ever again. Hopefully, my lashes will be back to normal in 3-6 months. There’s nothing more I can do but invest in a good serum and hope for the best."
