"Received horrible service, despite being a frequent customer and never going back to this place again! The owner is highly disorganized, and doesn't maintain a wait list - which results in extremely long wait times. When I finally got my turn for manicure and pedicure, the owner was mostly distracted with the incoming stream of new customers and abandoned the station multiple times. She rushed through the manicure & pedicure, so she could attend to the next set of customers, while giving me the lousiest service possible! I'm writing this review, having experienced this poor service multiple times! I paid top dollar, but received the poorest service possible. Never going back to this place again! I don't think the owner of this place, even cares about feedback and improving her service!"
