Eyebrow Place

"I went to this place on 1/17/24. I had brows on my face that were beautiful and just needed light grooming/ clean up. Unfortunately, I’m now scarred for the next few weeks with poorly shaped thin brows that don’t match. One brow is pencil thin and the other has a thick start with a high arch. I am so unhappy. Just skip this place."

"I have gotten my eyebrows threaded here 3 times. I was never completely satisfied each time however wanted to give them another chance b/c they were so close to my work. Last time I went, they threaded my eyebrows SO thin, I grew it back for about 2-3 months. I came back today and asked them I would like it to be left *thick*. After she was done, my eyebrows were so uneven and thinner than last time. I tried to tell her what was wrong and all she cared about was getting my money from me and rushing me out. I will never be back again and after reading all the low reviews, it seems as though the customers had very similar experiences to mine. Poor customer service and poor job."

"I've been coming here for the last yr and half. I've pretty much had everyone do my eyebrows. But this last time was my ultimate favorite session. I asked to go slightly thinner, and she did amazing. I wish I had the correct spelling of her name so I can give her a shout out. I have her card and hours below. Definitely will continue to go to her!"

"I went here for the first time due to the various reviews I saw, but the customer service was seriously slacking. Prior to going there I contacted them to confirm they took walk-ins and if someone can walk me through everything since it was my first time getting threading done. Ana told me yes and that she'd be there. When I got there, there were two ladies and one was working on someone already so the other lady took me and had me sit in the chair and just started threading. She didn't even state her name so I don't even know who was doing my brows nor was I told what to expect or anything a first timer should have been informed about. Most likely not coming back to this place. Pretty disappointed."
