Great Clips

"After running through all the errands of my day, I went ahead and checked online for a haircut appointment. It was unfortunate to hear that one of the hairdressers had to clock out because of some emergency. So, with less employees working and more customers checking in, the manager decided to call someone to help out. I am very sorry to bring up the employer’s name, “LISA”, was the one who I was asked to go for a haircut. Like everyone else, I use hair cream to hold my hair. After giving instructions to LISA, she went ahead and started making my hair. I told her to wet my hair and comb away the residual hair cream but she said it will be fine. Then she started having some issue with her machine and she started getting annoyed. She started blaming me and very arrogantly told me that “my machine broke because of the cement that you had put in your hair”. I was like what do you mean by that? Everyone uses the hair gel? It didn’t stopped there. She went ahead and she reached to a point where I had no other choice then to go with a “0” on the sides and 1 on top. Despite that she left my hair with irregular patches of uneven cutting ; which I had to go get fixed at another place. It doesn’t end here either. I asked the other employee to help me out to just make it even but she denied because it looked to me like she also had some issues with LISA. So I had to ask for help but no one was willing to help me. Now here comes the best part; again LISA, asked me to “get out of the store or else I will have to kick you out of this place”. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Usually, I don’t post any reviews but I want all the customers who visit there to beware of the employee whose name I have mentioned. If you all were to go then please go see “ERICA”. She is one of the best hair dresser. I would rate her 5/5. Last but not the least, I would want the GREAT CLIPS to seriously look into this issue."

"ATTENTION ALL DOG OWNERS!... Whatever you do, please DO NOT GO IN THERE WITH YOUR DOG. Even if it's a Certified Service dog. (like mine). I have never felt more unwelcome and more "uncomfortable tension", when it comes my (wait for it again...Service Dog!) than at THIS establishment. Erica the one who cuts my hair was cool with it (if not, uncaring) but one of the people that she works with, who I won't mention on here (Cuz why give her the satisfaction?) was very rude and passive aggressive toward myself and my dog, who (I will have you know) was extremely behaved and never made a sound, never made a peep and never made a bark. Groomed once a month and bathed every Saturday (see picture) and has always been invited into any situation or establishment that he's trotted into. But let me tell you; this woman, at this location, was R-U-D-E...Rude! So much so, that I will never go back in there again. (NOT that they need my business) Lemme tell you: My dog has been inside of hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, blood-labs and has never needed to have the chair he was sitting on IMMEDIATELY disinfected. (And I certainly don't understand why a place that cuts hair would need to disinfect for dog hair.) But I guess this woman felt a need to do so, as well as the dirty looks, the backroom comments and did I mention...the dirty looks? So, if you enjoy people who hate dogs, are passive-aggressive and mean spirited. You will probably enjoy going to this location. But if you're looking for a place that is sensitive to your needs and pet friendly as well. Find another place. By the way, here are some pictures of my dog just so you can see how dirty, unkempt and evil he actually is. Addendum: If you notice, the owner hasn't responded to this review... Only the positive ones... I guess an apology is something that's out of the realm of possibility for this place as well.... I rest my case, folks."
