"So I absolutely give 5+stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Gabriella and her stylist team at the Clearwater, FL Ulta! She worked tirelessly for hours to give me gorgeous hair and exactly what I asked for! Her friendly demeanor never wavered and she took her time to giving me the upmost care with attention to detail, even though it meant staying past closing. I am thrilled with her work and would highly recommend her! However, ZERO stars ⛔️ for the bait and switch tactics of the mgr. Be extremely careful if a front end rep/ mgr. mentions signing up for credit to get discounts off your current purchase/ service and earning extra points, it’s a bait and switch! That didn’t actually happen the first time. They tell you as soon as they do it- said oops you can’t use it now. I got tricked and immediately cancelled on the spot at the counter when I realized it was false."

Without your recommendations I honestly wouldn’t have known where else to look for the perfect concealer. As someone who is usually the lightest color in foundations (if they go that light) it’s hard to find a concealer to brighten without it being too yellow or red. Thank you so much!! Always come here and will continue to do so. :)"

"Got my hair done. Stylist was amazing and I don’t want this to reflect on her as she is amazing. But I’m leaving 4 stars for the conversations that sales folks were having in front of customers. I’m disgusted over the vulgarity used, but still so thrilled with my hair and salon service so I will be back."

"Omg believe me when I say this, Alia P. blessed my hair. I got a haircut, color and did a whole new look I am not used to…. Especially with bangs too. I am in love. It’s been 3 weeks since my cut and every day (not trying to be dramatic) I still get compliments on my hair. She is NOT heavy handed and was gentle with my head. I’ve been to places who have traumatized me and honestly my hair was down to my buttcrack at that point. I literally had trust issues until I met Alia!!! Thank you for blessing me with your magic hands. I will definitely go back and I have recommended so many friends, family and even strangers about her. #Obsessed"
