"I just left and I will not be coming back. I have been coming here for the past 2.5 years. They have some new girls in the front desk and they are RUDE! When I walked in, no one greeted me. They all just stared at me so I decided to say good morning to THEM! I don't speak Spanish and when it was time to pay, she wouldn't change the card reader to English. The amounts weren't showing right. I asked her if she can tell me the amount or translate what it says and she rolled her eyes and said "it's whatever you chose." Helloooo...tell me the amount I'm paying. I'm your customer, you aren't my customer. You could have put any amount on there. If it's not the right amount, I'm calling my bank. The eye rolling is not it. So rude. My lash tech Betza has always been so sweet and kind. I'm going to miss her but I can't deal with the nasty attitude. Highly unprofessional. It never used to be like this. Everyone used to be professional and kind."

"Not even 1 star! The owner is terribly disrespectful unprofessional, and arrogant.. She doesn’t know how to manage her clientele ( even we are putting food in her table because why are the ones who spending a lot of money on her place) anyhow the bathroom is dirty, I went there and noticed 2 roaches in the floor. Some staff is unprofessional as well, very young and disrespectful too. Lashes are bad and falling out easily.I won’t recommend this place at all! ****The owner replied to me ….wow….seems she doesn’t understand how to communicate in a better manner with her clientele, it doesn’t matter how long I was going to the salon, only took me more than 3 visits to realize that that place is poor at providing customer service and quality of product. I still think is a terrible place I won’t recommend it anyway. The owner instead of giving me an apology as a “business “ owner she is giving me excuses and an unfortunate answer ( well,I am not surprised) again don’t go there! Run..run.. This is a free Country to post any criticism and opinion so if the owner doesn’t like it go out of business or learn how to better talk to your clients period!***"
