"I hate to leave a terrible review but I don’t want anyone to endure what I am after my trip here. After not hearing back from reaching out to the business I’m at a loss. I went in with a slightly darker shade of brown and requested a light brown. After a full bleach and color, as well as cut and I was done in 2 hours and sent with half wet hair. The total was quoted 350.00 and we ended up being charged 473.00 and my hair has never looked worst in my life. The roots were bright yellow and my hair was pumpkin orange. I was hoping a wash would help and it somehow got woesy. I sent multiple photos and was ignored. With no feedback and no refund I now have to spend double to have it fixed. Extremely upset."
