"TWO times in one month y’all have messed up my kids hair. First kept my kid who had an appointment at 3pm sitting in the chair until 4:50pm because she was working on someone else. Then when she finally came out at 6:15 when her dance started at 7pm I thought she was going to burst into tears and ruin her makeup. Her hair was NOTHING like the picture and I would like to mention I met with the hair dresser before her appointment, showed her the picture and she said she could do it. There was so much grease put in her hair I had to wash it 3 times!!!! Then I come back yesterday to get my daughters long beautiful hair chopped off and spent $65 on this haircut, and it’s butchered. I would love to take her back but I’m beginning to think no one here really knows how to do hair. I know this is not how a bob with no layers is supposed to look."
