"Gena, I just want to let you know, I'm extremely upset with the haircut I received from you! I asked you not to use thinning shears over and over on my hair. You cut it extremely short and all you can see are the bald spots on the back of my head. I asked you to cut my dry! You said that would not do that. I explained to you the concerns due to my hair being so thin you seem not to care about my concerns. I am the customers you should listen. This is the second time I received a terrible haircut from you. It was my mistake to keep coming back. I will not be back. That's how upset I am. I think you already knew that by the expression on my face when I walked out.My advice to you you should listen to what your customers want! "I came to this location after visiting the E. Colonial location near old navy to get a foundation in a specific color that the other location did not have. Not one employee asked me if they could help me with anything and I was walking around looking lost trust me. They just walked past me! Multiple employees at E. Colonial asked if they could help me and I actually bought other stuff that they recommended. I’m giving 2 stars because they had the color I needed but the customer service was not there at all. I even told the cashier how nice the other location was. I just had to write this review because it was a very noticeable difference in both experiences. I do not buy makeup often and I really needed this for my birthday and wedding so when I come into stores like this I really need a little help and good customer service."
