"It may seem nice from the outside looking in but don’t let it fool you. Make sure to always have a back up hair salon in handy because the owner will drop you like you’re nothing. She is beyond unprofessional and will take out her personal business against you. I’m not the type of person to make reviews, but I was an ongoing client for 2 years and i had to face her always being late, her overpricing me just because she doesn’t want to use other people’s products, and her being picky on who she chooses for her customers to be if they have “bad vibes”. i’ve never came across something like this before in Florida, but this one shocked me. i highly will never recommend this salon to no one !"

"I was scammed by her, then she is mad that I didn't want to come back. To start of I told I her I ALREADY washed my hair I just wanted a wash and cut. She tells me it's ok go sit and let me wash, then proceeds to put a leave in conditioner I DID NOT ask for and didn't even ask me if I wanted it just to upcharge me. All she says is "I just put a leave in your hair" then she takes 2 other people who walks in before me l, when I had my appointment for weeks. So I came in for just a wash and cut and was charged $65 for a wash and a leave in conditioner that I didn't ask for just so she could get more money. She is a scammer and I was so excited to find a new stylist because I am new here. So sick of it. Venecia is very unprofessional and the worst part about it is I really liked her. But no I will not be scammed. So sad about it honestly. Btw in the beggining when I messaged her she said a wash and cut would be up to $35--$40. It is never ok to just do something that a client doesn't ask for."

"I LOVE this salon, and I love the owner even more. She LISTENS to you and creates a family environment. First of all, I am not Hispanic and I feel comfortable there and she speaks English very well so ALL races are more than welcome. She NOT ONLY makes your hair pretty, like other salons I have been to, But she TAKES CARE of your hair and makes it healthy as well. I usually get my natural afro hair washed, deep treated, and blow dried and flat ironed by her. The straightness lasts weeks and still when I wash my hair my curls return UNDAMAGED. She has magical hands and sometimes she has her sister there and some other helpers, and they are very good as well. She does the MAIN part of the style but they may wash or de-tangle for her... ad she always ASKS you if you're ok with them doing this or if you want her to... and that's very considerate. I love this salon, and it is not very large but offers so many services. It is hands down my favorite salon to go to and is the ONLY salon i trust to straighten my hair as I've had my hair straightened elsewhere and though it looked good... it was permanently damaged. She has amazing product that actually work... she sells them to you too and actually helps you SAVE MONEY. Vanecia brought my hair back to life and for that, I am forever grateful. Give her salon a try, you will NOT regret it!"
