"Not at all impressed with the hair stylist I had today, Bria. Not very personable, did a very quick cut, did not wrap my neck and hair was all over my shirt. She never asked if I liked it and I did not feel like she wanted to be there. Not a great experience. Stay away from the Dr. Phillips location."
"Do not recommend it. I've been mocked for a haircut. THEY messed up. Today, they ignored my request. I had to go to a separate barber on 2 occasions because my hair was so bad and clearly uneven."
"I will never return to Great Clips again. The lady I had boasted about being a barber for 20 years. She used something on my hair to "make sure she didn't miss any spots". Upon returning home, man was I furious. I took a shower and ran my hand through my hair so it would all stand up. There was a noticeable 2x2 inch patch on my head that was 2 inches longer than the rest of my hair. Also, the left side of my head which was done with an electric trimmer, had another high patch on it. The gel she used on my hair to check for any missed spots absolutely destroyed the pH balance on my scalp. My scalp was burning all day yesterday even after using my normal shampoo and conditioner. I spent an extra 20 mins fixing my hair. I spent $20 for this? Never again. Definitely amateur hour. This place is nothing without Terri."
