"Sophie is great. She did a wonderful job on my nails and toes. But I called to make another appointment and whoever answered the phone phone obviously shouldn't be. I was told I couldn't get in the day I wanted so ok. Booked for another day. Then they call and ask me if I am coming on the day I tried to book in the first place. More less they told me I'm crazy that I was supposed to be there today. I said thanks but no thanks I will go elsewhere."

"I visited Aury's on 10/01/22 and had a wonderful experience! Lis was my nail tech and did a great job with my new set and pedicure. I got a French acrylic set and a regular pedicure. The new nail set looks fantastic, and the pedicure was also excellent. I broke a nail, and when I called to see if it could be fixed, Lis took care of the broken nail the same day I called. She also waxed my eyebrows which came out great as well. Overall, the service was excellent, the people were friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I will be back and will suggest this place to others!"

"Nice and clean location but poor nail tech service. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment because I wanted to do a soak off which I was not able to find on there booking website but I was not even greeted when I walked in so I didn’t have the opportunity to ask. severely overpriced compared to traditional nail salons I do not recommend. attached are my nails which are inconsistent versus the picture of what I wanted, and they have the nerve to argue over pricing for almost $200 where I could get it done for $120 in Orlando. So disturbed by my experience here I literally am posting this five minutes after walking out, and super dissatisfied they only were willing to charge me 150 because I would not be returning to have it fixed. Save your money and the opportunity to be condescended by the attitudes here and go to a better location. I was here for almost over three hours for this quality and to be treated the way that I was and overpriced. If I would have known what their prices were because they were neither advertise online when I made the booking or on their menu posted in the shop I would’ve never gotten them done but my nail tech and anybody else did not tell me how much my service would be at until after. Literally every excuse in the book that they can make to justify the price and poor service was made. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a nail salon before until now. My nail tech Ana kept complaining and shaking her head (Who also apologize for the quality of her work ) and I felt very unwelcome so I will not be returning. I hate my nails and tried hard not cry about my experience here in front of these unnerved women UPDATE: After about less than one week later two of my nails started breaking on my right hand and a jewel fell off. After one week I had to cut them off myself and put some fake press on to save my nails until I can afford to get them done somewhere else next week. Really bad quality on top of my bad experience with this nail salon."

"This was done on 09-23-2020...Let me start off by saying service when I first walked in excellence the girl who did my nails was very nice took her time doing my nails no problem there finished product was very pretty slight imperfections on the application but nothing noticeable... coming to find out the girl who did my nails had just graduated from nail tech shcool.. one week after my nails got done they started lifting. All of them left a message to see if they can fix this for free they could not they told me a reduced fill. that is unacceptable so now I'm at a week and a half and they completely popped off every single one popped off like I did not have acrylic nails it popped off my nails like if I had press-ons. Tried to keep them on didnt want to rip my nails off.. But the glue didnt work. Middle finger broke had to file down more then the rest. There is before and after"
