"Terrible customer service. I’ve booked an appointment through the website and it requested a deposit which I just found out is non-refundable but on the website it doesn’t say it anywhere. So I called them to request my refund, and the manager came to the phone to explain to me that I should have read the terms and conditions that I accepted once I logged in the website. If in the website it doesn’t say ‘Non-Refundable Deposit’, that is misleading. Manager said that she would do an exception to me this time ONLY (emphases at the only). Mind you, it was my first time trying the salon and I already know for sure that I will never book a service with them."

"I had an appointment today for just a haircut , mind you $70 for haircut only not including blow drying. I showed up at my appointment time at 5:30 and was completely ignored for 35 minutes and with no acknowledgement about my wait. I had to just walk out at that point. I have never experienced being at a salon and ignored. They want to charge top dollar for services but don’t have any customer service skills. TERRIBLE AND DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE. Go to a real high end salon that pays you attention from the moment you walk in , for your service and everything else that matters."

"Since I stepped into this place, positive vibes were felt in the air. I have been following Fabiano for a while, admiring his talent because I was looking for a change for years! Finally, this day came. He and his professional team made my day!!! I feel totally satisfied with this Extreme makeover! I highly recommend going and separate today an appointment at his Salon. He really is wonderful!!!! Thank you Fabiano I feel so happy!!!"
