"The receptionist doesn’t even bother to acknowledge that you are there. Now I understand all of the comments talking about her attitude. I can’t remember her name but the lady that helped with my sisters hair was nice. I understood that they didn’t have the hair color my sister wanted but $165 for something that didn’t even look remotely close to the picture that I showed? That and it being so horribly done I could’ve went to Walmart and they would’ve done better. However the cut was fantastic. Then I tell them no curling or styling and they do it anyhow. I probably was even charged for it too. Had no way of knowing what I was being charged for because the receptionist didn’t say anything except look at me like she couldn’t hear. I would of asked the ladies who had done my sisters hair but they mainly spoke Spanish. Don’t waste your money."
