"Horrible customer service. The managers communication and customer service is non existent. My son was skipped in line for someone else, and all she could say was, "It's protocol." I guess someone from before didn't like their hair cut and came back to get it fixed. GOOD customer service would be to explain to the people who waited for over 20 minutes. The situation and ask if there was anyone else who can assist. NOT "It's protocol. How long have you been waiting." Expectation would be the ones waiting are the next to be helped. Words of advice. If the expectation is going to change... Explain to your customers politely and respecfully. Don't provide poor customer service while trying to fix your issues. While this manager Emily is still here, my son and I won't be. I have a feeling this will be a trend with her in charge. Everyone else was great!"

"The staff is nice. Good local but my kids hair cut was totally different from what he asked for. IF you are taking your kid, you need to be looking at it very closely. I didn't, I thought she had experience. I took my kid for a hair cut, He showed a picture from his cell phone, the lady said she knew that cut, but she did a completely different cut. My son and I even asked her to put the picture of the cut there and she said it's not necessary but she did a different cut."
