"Unfortunately the senior Manager lady (she didn’t have a name tag) should be mindful that book stores are quiet and everyone can hear your conversations. Rudely talking about/to employees and so much that an employee quit on the spot! Also rudely talking about a female customer who “always buys manga” and telling multiple customers on the phone she is too busy to help them. It is however a store with lots of book options.I would avoid the older lady or maybe go to a different store."
