"I get my hair done at this Ulta location almost monthly and absolutely love Julie! I’m a blonde with dark roots and get my roots touched up with her and she is absolutely incredible. She knows exactly what I want, knows exactly what would look best giving insight into what she thinks, and does an outstanding and excellent job. I feel amazing with my hair health and with the color and style. Love her, will always return for her."

"Terrible service and rude Manager. My friend and I enjoy walking around Ulta looking at the products and just generally chatting and catching up since we don’t get to see each other often, kill two birds one stone . The MAC display had the foundation formula we were looking for but not the color needed so we didn’t purchase anything. We spent time looking at different brands and the security was following us around the entire store for the whole time! No one else spoke to us or said hello entering the store. We left just before closing and the Manager gave a rude comment with an attitude about us spending an awfully long time in the shop. Okay, if you spent that hour watching us why didn’t anyone offer to help or even say hello upon entering. They treat people like a thief and I would not buy anything from this location. Shame because the first time going here one of the employees was really sweet and really helpful with color matching but she definitely was not working yesterday."

"Terrible service, it's not the first time I've been to this branch, and I always leave disappointed. I've had my Ulta rewards account for over a year, and I shop there occasionally in other stores (definitely not at this branch). I decided to go to claim my birthday gift as they sent me an email, and since this branch is the closest to my house, I chose to go there. From the start, the girl at the counter seemed disinterested and somewhat annoyed when I mentioned that I was there for the email I had received. Then she tells me that my account simply doesn't exist when I can clearly see on the screen in front of the checkout that it does. She scanned the gift, and it showed as $0, indicating that my account was obviously on the screen, and she could give me the product. However, she said she couldn't do anything because apparently, my account didn't exist. When I showed her the history of my recent purchases, she simply shrugged it off and said the most she could do was give me a number to call customer service. I'm extremely disappointed, and the service was terrible. Save yourself from having a bad experience with the girls at the checkout. Or simply go to another branch"

"Ronje is an amazing and talented stylist. She leaves room for opportunity to set expectations regarding your hair and final product and she is very patient when it comes down to my particular preferences. I come in monthly for a scalp treatment since I have a lot of buildup and dandruff and a gloss ❤️She also cuts my curly hair wet which I prefer since some people try to cut my hair straight. The shine and cut is perfect !"

"I’ve always had really good luck at Ulta’s hair salon, but unfortunately my recent visit will be my last. I went in with red hair up to my scalp, and I asked the stylist to give me a shadow root/color melt so I could stop bleaching my scalp and let my roots grow into my newly added “shadow root.” The stylist was very sweet, but the results left me devastated. She put black hair dye on my roots, and did not blend anything [my natural root color is not black btw]. I called the salon to see if I could receive a refund of services as I was going elsewhere to fix what had been done. They told me I needed to come in for a “teaching moment” so they could show the stylist what she had done wrong. I did express this made me feel uncomfortable, and I could only imagine how embarrassing that would be the stylist feel, but I booked the appointment anyway. The day of my appointment, or received a call from Ulta asking “who I was, and why I was on their books?” And I explained the situation, and the woman on the phone says “well I can’t see you, I already have an appointment.” Again, I didn’t want this appointment, but it seemed to be the only way I was going to get my money back, but that was not even an option anymore. This entire experience trying to call, email, “chat” to get some help has been such a nightmare."
