"I went in asking for a layered bob. I was really unhappy with it and the stylist didn't listen when I asked for more layers, she said it would be too short? So I came home and cut it myself some more and it looked pretty good, but it needed to be evened out, so I called the salon and explained the situation, and they agreed to fix it for me. I went in and I told her I wanted to keep it the way I had it in front, and I just wanted everything evened out and shaped up. I walked out with most of my hair gone and everything is super crooked and jagged and bad. Everything about it is worse than when I came in.
