Coupon discounts are usually found to bring the cost down a bit and allow for more frequent haircuts. Can't say every haircut is a success, most are, but this isn't a personalized experience with the same person everytime, unless you find out ahead of time. Notes from previous visits are used for reference, but it's still up to the individual to make it happen. Easily worth a visit if you're not picky about who cuts your hair."

"Don't bother going to this location. The staff was too busy chatting with each other to greet me, then pointed fingers over who's turn it was. When I explained my son was getting a haircut I was told they wouldn't cut his hair unless I could guarantee he would sit still in a booster seat. I said it was his first haircut and can we try. I was told no."
