"You basically can’t get any worse. They are incapable of carrying out even the most basic haircut instructions. I come here for every haircut because it’s closest and every time it’s awful and I hate myself for continuing to come here. This is the last time. I ask for 1/2 inch off they take 1.5 inches. I ask for square back they give round. I ask for hard part they screw that up. I can’t count the amount of times I had to fix my own haircut the next day at home. Place is a total joke. This must be where hair school flunkies come to work."

I have been going to this location for some time now to get a hair cut and so far it has been a good spot for me. Quick and easy. Not too expensive. People in the place know how to cut hair. "Getting a haircut is a scary experience when your favorite stylist has left for another job….and no one at the shop will let on where he went. I scoured online reviews, and noticed that there were several positive comments about a stylist named Jennifer at the Great Clips near where I live. I figure I would give it a shot. Jennifer proceeded with caution, asking me each step of the way if I wanted more taken off rather than chopping me as some stylists do. She gave me the exact cut I requested. After seeing how it falls now that I’ve shampooed, I can say without reservation that I highly recommend Jennifer. She is my stylist going forward. She better not leave!! Lol."

"I was there yesterday and I told the lady that I wanted layers. I didn’t thought much of it when I was there since I was in a hurry. But this morning that I straightened my hair, I realized what a HORRIBLE job she did. I’m so furious . My hair looks choppy and a complete mess. Seriously I could’ve done this myself and probably done a better job than her. I’m so mad I had to pay for this horrible haircut and now I have to go to another place and pay again to get this fixed. Ladies be careful if you go get “layers” here . Don’t come here unless you wanted to get a choppy cheap look."
