"Do not go here. The hair cutter was more interested in selling me me a product than listening to what I wanted. She cut my hair way shorter than what I ask for and proceeded to charge me $56 for it."

"We took my son here to get a trim, and they completely butchered his hair. It looks horrible, and uneven. My mother took him back today to show the manager and, at this point, just get a refund since I am now never sending him back to Great Clips. They acted like there was no problem and proceeded to move his hair around like that would cover up the botched haircut.The manager refused to offer a resolution aside from "taking care of the next haircut" because once they mess up my child's hair they seriously think I am going to send him back there?!
