I understand when customers bring politics up, but professionals know how to redirect conversations. To have an employee engage and contribute to the conversation is very unprofessional and show a lack of awareness."

"The stylist I had didn't listen to what I wanted. Being she was short I couldn't see the cut in the mirror cause their was stuff in the way. She didn't bother to me it out of the way when I said something. She cut my front more when I told her I didn't want the front cut anymore only the back. I wanted to be able to put my front in a ponytail, I can't. It's in my face. I absolutely hate it in my face. Theirs a chuck (yes a chunk) of hair that's half the size of the rest that I didn't notice because she kept coming my hair back and not to the sides. I'm so angry. N every day reminded with this dang hair that won't get out of my face."

"Absolutely horrible. My son is autistic and getting him to even cut his hair is a challenge, he had long beautiful blonde hair, he’s been working in his hair for over a year. I’m not even sure who cut his hair, I asked for his bangs to cut enough so he can see and trimmed on the sides. When he was done I was visibly upset, the lady saw me trying to talk my son into sitting back in her chair and going shorter so it didn’t look so horrible. My kid looked like lord farquad from shrek. I was mad. I had to take him to a barbershop and spend even more money to fix it. When I called and asked about a refund and the manager told me they normally don’t do refunds they just fix it. No way I would allow them to fix it when they butchered my kids hair. The manager sounded like she didn’t care one bit and no sympathy for my child having to cut all his hair off. Before of his long hair and then after they chopped it."
