The lashes last AGES and I have not had any damage to my natural lashes because she does an amazing job isolating and placing the lashes on. I 10/10 recommend and will continue to support her small business so that it grows into something bigger. Definitely a great place to get your lashes done."

"Let me tell you about Sabrina at SMSLashes… she will charge you 50% of your entire service, regardless if you cancel 2, 3, or 4 weeks out. She literally charged $50 for eyelashes that were never received and the appointment was cancelled 3.5 weeks in advance. There are no exceptions at all!! If you become ill, have to travel for work, etc., you are out of luck. Just know that she doesn’t care and absolutely will not work with you. She will also charge 40% of the entire service if you reschedule your date and that also doesn’t matter if it’s 2, 3, or 4 weeks in advance. I could see anywhere from a week to 72 hours that you get a service charge, but not 2 to 3 weeks and more. When did it become okay to feel so entitled that you keep a ridiculous amount of money for work that you never did, and had plenty of notice to book another client? Even a doctors office doesn’t charge this. SMH!"
