"Very disappointing I trusted the guy who was doing this work on me. By the time I wanted to pay I paid 35 bucks in cash and I tipped him 5 bucks! But they CHARGE ME A FEE BECAUSE THE AMOUNT I TIPPED HIM WAS ONLY 5 BUCKS SO THEY CHARGE ME $6! I went to the car and I saw the work he has done on my nails and I’m very DISAPPOINTED. My fault for not trying to go back to the store and try to fix the problem because I don’t like to fight and if I’m not being understood then it’s gonna be disrespectful to me also! So I left back home crying because this is not okay! He should’ve been more honest with his work and the services he gave wasn’t what I was looking for. The fact that he WAS NOT HONEST WITH HIS WORK AND THE FACT THAT I WANTED TO TIP HIM FOR A MEDIOCRE WORK TO BE CHARGED MORE BECAUSE THE $5 was not enough! WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONALS I WAS DEALING WITH!!!! This is very upsetting! TRYING TO BE THE BIGGER PERSON BY LEAVING HIM A FREAKING TIP HE DIDNT DESERVE!!!!"

"Oh my gosh!! I never leave reviews but here we go... I have gotten dip two times, one time before A Nails and the second here at A Nails... I came in because my first didn’t last two weeks, it was thick, not smooth, and just ugly... Tom spent his time with my nails and made them look perfect, smooth, thin, and just how they should look!! Plus, it was $35 compared to a lot of places that charge $40+. I highly recommended SNS dip, especially by Tom!! You won’t regret it."
