"This review is for Pat and Zack, I went in today to get a generator and the one that I wanted was on the top shelf. Anyone who has been going to Home Depot for a while knows that if you need something from up high it is going to take a while to get it. I was pleasantly surprised when I went t up to Pat and said that I wanted this generator and immediately she went and got Zack with the fork lift and it was down by the time I went t and got the flat bed from the garden center and got back. Also I didn’t get his name but the young man that helped me load the generator was very professional and even took the flat bed from my car and put it back from me. So all I want to say is thank you and these 3 need a promotion."

"I have been a Homedepot customer for longest time. Recently I moved to Fleming island. I found this Homedepot customer services unwelcoming. I have a few online order that got messed up which wasn’t my fault. The online department, shipping and the store doesn’t communicate well. Order got lost, broken and reordered. After couple of months and I still have not gotten my order. The customer services rather has not seen me coming. After all the inconvenience has done to me and you will think they will be more helpful and courteous. That was not how I received. The rest of the staffs are pleasant and helpful. They don’t restock their product too well. I had to drive to Lowe’s to get the item. I hope they will take this as a constructive criticism and not to be revengeful."

"Horrible experience. My wife and I went in to buy a step ladder. The one we chose (and all the others) was so caked with MONTHS of dust and grime, it was clear the mercy’s side had never been dusted or wiped off. We went to the pro desk to ask for paper towels and cleaning spray to wipe it down before purchasing and putting in our car. It took 20 minutes. They made no offer to help. The day shift managers walked by and asked us how it was going. I said,”Terrible. Look at how filthy your merchandise is!” They kept walking and without looking back, she called, “It’s a warehouse!” How totally rude. I couldn’t believe it. I will NEVER return there."

"Always a pleasure shopping at this Home Depot. The selection I find to be far superior in a lot of departments compared to Lowe’s. Not hate on Lowe’s as I think it is a fine store as well. I hit up their after Christmas sale and came away with $400 worth of decorations for around $175 cost. Can’t beat that with a stick. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would like to see a better selection on hydroponic options as it is getting bigger in popularity and I personally would like it more readily available."
