"While I was in the salon I thought things were going well. I specifically told the stylist I do not like blunt cuts but she could take what was necessary from my ends. I told her I was growing out my layers but if she could clean them up around my face, just not to go shorter than chin length. Before I left the salon my hair looked ok. It seemed like she took her time to make sure I was happy. Then I got home and washed my hair only to realize my ends are quite blunt (it was hard to tell in salon because she flipped them under) and I have bangs!!! Not like middle of my forehead bangs but like that awkward growing out your bangs phase. My face framing layers start at my cheekbone (nowhere near my chin). I tipped because I always do and I didn’t think it looked that bad in the salon. But it’s bad."

"I walked in with my daughter, who had an appt with Sonina. Asked if I could get a cut. The Receptionist said yes, she'll have time when your daughter is processing. I asked the receptionist is anyone else could cut my hair, but she said everyone was booked. After an hour, Sonina was wandering around, laughing, talking to other stylists, piddling around, sitting swinging her legs, smiling at me and then NOTHING. I finally walked out. I was the only one sitting there waiting -- if they had said they didn't have time, I would have scheduled an appt at another time, but twice I was told she'd have plenty of time. Extremely angry at the rude way Sonina acted.. I'll never go back."

"Maria was amazing! I came here immediately after leaving a different salon where my hair was cut poorly and not at all how I asked. This place looked nice so I stoped in desperately looking for someone to fix my hair and Maria was able to fit me in. Not only did she listen to what I wanted but she also was able to adjust the style I wanted to avoid cutting more length off as I was already upset over having more than I wanted cut at the salon I had gone to previously. I left feeling so much better about my hair and I will absolutely be back. Thank you Maria!!"

"All stylists at this salon are welcoming and attentive! The place is clean and has a barn/urban industrial vibe (in my opinion). There was no wait time and no chaos. Very professional and a diverse group of stylists."
