"Probably one of the worst experiences I've had getting my nails done. I got my hands and feet done. My feet were done first and that was fine but when he was doing my hands I noticed that a lot of my nails where crooked after he filed them down. I wasn't going to say anything because it wasn't that big of a deal but once he started tearing into my cuticles, everything went down hill. He cut me and made me bleed and left lots of paint on my skin. After the second coat he asked if they were ok and I asked if he was going to fix how sloppy they looked. He said yes and preceeded to pull out a nail drill and started drilling away at my cuticles and skin where the paint was. Obviously that caused more tearing and bleeding. At that point I started to panic and one of the nail lady's noticed something was wrong. She offered to fix them and started to drill away at everything. Because my cuticles were so raw it hurt so I kept flinching and she said they must be sensitive because they had already been gone over. Completely ignoring the fact that I had been cut multiple times. She offered me $5 off the whole service but I shouldn't have had to pay at all. I left with ugly, uneven paint and bloody cuticles. My fingers hurt for days after this incident. Unfortunately the photos dont show how bad they really looked. I wont be coming back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"This was my first time coming & they did such an amazing job! Ken was the one who did my nails & unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the young man who did my toes but both were awesome! I called this morning when they opened & they got me in so quick! I will definitely be back"
