My husband is very particular about how he has his military cut done & when he goes in, he doesn't have to tell Randy what he wants because Randy already knows. "I took my 12 year old son, who has very curly very long hair, in for a haircut and was immediately told he could not get it cut unless I combed it out first. I was then told in a snarky tone “good luck.” When I agreed to that, and asked for a comb (and was given one that hadn’t been cleaned and had someone else’s hair in it), I tried to explain we wanted a fade down to zero (at which point the barber snidely asked my son if he even knew what a fade is), thereby necessitating removal of most of his hair. So I was trying to find out if I should just comb the top or also the sides. Then I was told I would need to take him home and cut his hair shorter myself, and then bring him back. (So the barber needs me to cut my son’s hair before the barber will cut his hair. Interesting.) While I was politely asking clarification questions, I was told that “you don’t understand. You’re not a barber.” Yes, obviously, hence the reason I went there in the first place, and was asking clarification questions. After being belittled and ridiculed I decided the “barber” didn’t deserve our business and told him there was no need for rudeness and left. It seemed obvious at that point why there was nobody else waiting for a haircut when we were there. I’d give this place zero stars if it were possible. Humans should be able to have a respectful conversation about the need, the challenges, and working through to a solution."

"Randy is a wonderful gentleman. My husband had a hard time finding someone to do his high & tight haircut the way he likes it. He went to 6 other places before he found Randy.. Very satisfied & will definitely return."

"Mr. Randy is a great man who does a fantastic job for a reasonable price. You gotta be sure and show him what you want and he’ll make it happen. When he cuts, he pays great attention to every little detail like you’re a name and a face, unlike other places who do just the bare minimum trying to get you in and right back out like you’re just a number. I look forward to stopping in every month!"
