"I really want to say all good things about this place because Ericha and Alex are true gems in this world but I can't agree with this no children policy. I am a working mom and my husband also works so there may be times I needed to bring my children. I brought my daughter to one appointment and no one said a thing. My next one I had to bring them and the owner said they couldn't be there.... I wish this was more clear. Maybe something to mention to new client appointment phone calls. Just a suggestion. I can't rely on the fact that I won't always have my kids with me so I won't be a client there any longer. But if you are older with no kids, this is the place for you."

"I was so looking forward to my appointment. I really thought, based on facebook pictures, that I would be getting a luxury service. Immediately when I walked in, I was met with confrontation (and this is after paying a deposit. Any other run of the mill nail salon doesn't charge this, but I thought I was getting something special so I happily paid it). I was informed of their no child policy when I arrived with my infant (and I have taken him to every single appointment with me since he was born.. hair, nails, doctors, etc), so stay at home moms without childcare, this is NOT the place for you so I said well just cancel. If you have a no child policy, please inform clients before booking. But anyway, that right there set my anxiety into overdrive and I was unable to enjoy my appointment. When I left, I thought my nails looked great but after further inspection when I got home, you can see where the polish is uneven and cakes and the cuticle area is just messy. You need to be more respectful to paying clients. I don't need you, you need me. I'll take my business elsewhere."

"I saw ad on FB, went for spa pedicure…. It DEFINITELY was not a spa pedicure…..(I can post our conversation) was not happy with the price considering I was expecting massage chair, deep water foot soak. I let the owner know they were overpriced for the service. I was told it’s gel polish, pharmaceutical grade products etc…..This morning I’m looking at my toes….. it looks like they are already grown out…. They weren’t cut down only filed, and I asked for cut down. AND the polish is so far from the base of my toe nail…. I asked for a refund, then a partial refund….. Nope, she did offer to redo, but I didn’t like the first experience and that was before I noticed the poor polish…. If you 50 to throw away by all means go there….. for the same 50 my regular place hooks me up. I was trying to stay local but Gainesville will get my toe business."
