"I didn’t have an appointment at their business but I was looking for directions to a different hair salon. As I was walking in I noticed that the door to their building was slightly open, so I just figured that they had it opened on purpose (maybe their AC was broken?). They told me where the salon I was looking was at but, as I was leaving one of the employees asked me with a nasty little attitude to close the door behind me. The door was already open when I got there!!!! And I know both employees saw it before I came in because they were near the front door if they wanted it closed then they should have already closed the door. I wouldn’t have mind if he wasn’t being nasty when he said that but, that goes to show you the lack of customer service."

"The issue wasn’t the hairstyle! It’s the unprofessionalism!! Diamond a stylist at the salon is the worst!! My first appointment she was over an hour late then rescheduled due to a ride. No problem went in the next day she was 30 mins late this time around. She was gentle and did a good job on my style. Which is why I made the mistake of booking another appointment! My appointment was at 3:30 I got a call around 2 stating she was having car issues she needed to reschedule. Ok cool things happen following day appointment is at 11 I show up ten mins early there is someone in her chair getting their hair done and from the looks of it she had just started. So here I am again dealing with this unprofessional hair stylist! Knowing I had to be to work by 1 I asked her to step outside and told her don’t worry about my hair just send me my deposit back! And she had the audacity to tell me it’s non refundable!! After finally agreeing to refund the money she blocks me and my wife from calling!! Third time is the charm I will not be returning especially not to have someone who can’t do the basics and keep an appointment put their bad energy in my hair. This salon needs to do better at Hiring RELIABLE stylist! It reflects bad on them as a whole!! Save your time and money go somewhere else!!!"

"Barber never showed up for appointment and left me waiting. After waiting 30 minutes I asked to be seen by anybody else. The barber who ended up cutting my hair was very distracted watching the TV. He ended up cutting me in the neck accidentally because of his lack of attention. Other than that he was really friendly and did an overall good job with my haircut and beard. I wouldn't recommend this place though. Terrible first experience."

"I have been going to see Jose Ramos for about a few years now. I was going to see him at show and tell barber. Now his shop is called elite hair studio. I recommend this barber shop for a few reason. One: they are God oriented; second is the environment; third is they all know how to cut hair. The best spot in Gainesville Florida."
