"Did a head of highlights with Chelsea… worst decision of my life. Gave me the most ugly, striped highlights. Had me looking like a tiger. Some stripes were yellow…. some were white. When I asked her to fix it, she refused to fit me in the schedule and re-book me, and refused to buy me a product she recommended to fix the mess she left of my hair… after I paid her my hard earned money. If you want to be gaslit and want a hairstylist who takes no feedback and who will block you if you don’t like your hair, then go to Chelsea. Very disappointed with her work AND her response"

"This review is not timely but as I face trying to find yet another person to cut my hair I realized you don’t know how good you have it until you don’t anymore. I moved away from Gainesville 3 years ago and still have not found someone who can cut my hair like Melanie. I have very tight curls that can be a challenge and no one here seems to get the layers or shape like Mel. She did a great job every time and makes excellent and easy conversation. She is a total badass and I miss that peace of mind knowing exactly who to schedule with when I needed a haircut."

"A while back I found my go to hairstylist and now she works at salon 716. Robin Stokes is by far the best stylist I have been to and her prices are unbeatable. I specifically told her I was tired of telling hair stylist to NOT cut my hair short and then they would anyway. Robins actually listened and her styles are incredible. Not to mention the great atmosphere and self serve coffee/tea bar with snacks."
