"Terrible service. I never do reviews, but I was so pissed the whole time. I set up an appointment for my boyfriend online then got told that we never schedule an appointment even though my phone texted me we were up next. Waited for over a hour because there was only two people working. Then when it was finally his turn the older lady that was cutting his hair coughed and continued touching my boyfriend’s head after she coughed in her hands. THREE TIMES. Disgusting. Never coming back here again."

"They girl named Sherri cannot cannot cut hair. My grandson has been growing his hair out this past year. We just wanted the sides trimmed and his hair cleaned up for his elementary graduation. She was too busy having to conversation to listen what he wanted."

"Worst haircut Ive ever had! Sat on the left as you walk in second chair back I think. Older lady with short hair. Cut the V off of my very long buttcrack length hair and made it straight and took a HUGE chunk out of one side of my hair. It’s not even something I can hide it’s a HUGE CHUNK! Then out the door I go with the back of my hair dripping wet. Literally dripping. More worried about my family history and background than focusing on cutting my hair. For someone that has had extremely long hair for most of my life I’m so upset. Hope this helps someone else"

"I visited this place as I had previously to get a very simple and straight trim. Once in the chair the stylist cut about an inch off straight across as I had asked for. I asked if she could take about another inch off indicating a length mid breast. She then began to tell me how she thought having a flat cut made my hair unattractive and would be much prettier if it had some “dimension” I agreed to let her give it some because of the comment she had made but indicated that nothing could be shorter than the length I had indicated previously, that I needed it to fit into my hair clip. At one point it seemed that she was cutting the front entirely to short and I spoke up I said that seems really short are you sure that will go back into a pony tail , she assured me I would be able to put it up just fine so I allowed her continue, this was my mistake. With out realizing just how short she had actually cut it I paid and left , when I go back to my work I attempted to put it up in my hair clip only to have curtain bags falling out with how short it was I immediately was pretty upset , and began crying. I called back and spoke to the manager about 10 mins after I had left and she expressed that she could only offer for me to come back for her to go through the hair cut and attempt to even it out , I told her no that would involve making the hair even shorter and it was already horrendously short. I then got off the phone with her. I called back approximately 15 minutes after that to ask for my money back as I had discovered even more parts of my hair that were only about an inch shorter than my chin. The manager refused to give me a refund, she said her only offer was to fix it now or I could wait until it grows out and get another haircut now, I explained to her it had taken me years to grow out my hair that long as it grow very slowly and that I had no wish of coming back to the establishment, all I wanted was my money back. I admit I should have inspected more throughly before paying and leaving the store however I was on my lunch break and trying not to doddle. The manager gave half effort apologies and refused a refund. I would never visit here again . First two photos are after leaving the salon, the third is how long my hair was previously."
