"Horrible. The donuts look nothing like advertised. Sad and dry - watered down icing you can barely see - let alone taste. Bad service to boot. Went in to complain and choose better donuts for my kids and she just rang me up for the new donuts - after I told her and showed her the sad donuts I was served in the drive thru. No apology or offer to make it right. Wish I could post a picture - I thought you could in reviews. Im not sure if it’s a franchise thing or an individual owner thing but they are clearly trying to save money by cutting back quality."

"We decide to get a couple dozen donuts this morning. We waited in line at the drive through, but we're told that we had to come inside to order because we had more than a dozen donuts. We kindly obliged, but when we got inside, we were left standing there while they continued just handling drive through orders for an extended period of time. When they finally got to us, everything seemed like an inconvenience to them. I got an eye roll when I asked for 25 munchkins when there was a full tray right behind her. When I informed her that I had a coupon card from a local school, she said she couldn't honor it (despite it working in the past and it not being expired). I showed her the map on the card with the locations in Seminole County including this one and she just rolled her eyes again. I walked out. I'll never go back to that location."

"I went to this location 10/14, first there was no one talking through drive through speaker for at least 5 minutes, after that i pulled forward because i had an online order and an employee rudely told me to make sure that i waited at the speaker to keep the orders together, no please, no thank you, and in a angry and annoyed tone. this is not the first time that i’ve had a bad experience with the service here, workers have no manners and do not respect their customers what so ever."

"This Dunkin location has become part of my daily morning routine. I visit this Dunkin location every single morning, seven days a week - even though there's a closer Dunkin to my house. The morning crew here is awesome! They are always friendly and efficient, making each visit enjoyable. I also appreciate the consistent quality of coffee and food, which is crucial for anyone needing their morning coffee fix! Additionally, this location is one of the cleanest and most well-maintained Dunkins I have been to, creating a pleasant ambiance to sit and enjoy my Coffee and food. With its exceptional morning crew and manager, consistency, cleanliness, and great service, this Dunkin has earned my loyalty. I highly recommend it for a fantastic morning coffee experience. Best Dunkin and crew around - and I have been to them all."

"Distancing donuts it's a little bit smaller than a lot of the others in the area but I prefer to go here instead of the other locations because of the employees and the atmosphere. It's always really clean there's never too long of a wait because of very quick service from the efficient staff. The Carmel latte with almond milk and the espresso shots is amazing!"
